Nearly 450 faculty, staff, students and alumni participated in meetings and discussions, and 467 surveys were completed. More than 40 Focused Conversations and small group listening sessions took place throughout February, March and April of 2022, and applying an equity lens, the Steering Committee found common ground to identify priorities that build on existing achievements at CSUN, fostering justice and belonging throughout the university. Comprised of students, faculty, staff, and administrators, the Steering Committee was integral to the effort, and CSUN is grateful for the tireless dedication of these individuals.
